Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, I am contacting you as a Sierra Chart user on behalf of a group of friends who currently reside in Iraq and are facing difficulties obtaining real-time market data (such as COMEX) under the Non-Professional pricing category. The main issue is that there are currently no brokers accepting clients residing in Iraq for opening futures trading accounts, due to local banking and regulatory restrictions. As a result, these traders are unable to verify their eligibility through a brokerage account, even though their only intention is to use the data for analysis and educational purposes, not for direct trading. There is a large number of traders in Iraq who are very interested in using Sierra Chart legitimately and officially, but this limitation prevents them from doing so. We would like to kindly ask if there is any possible solution, exception, or alternative verification method that could allow residents of Iraq to qualify for the Non-Professional data rate — for example, through identity verification, documentation, or any other approach you may consider acceptable. We highly value Sierra Chart and believe it is one of the best platforms for professional market analysis. It would mean a lot to the trading community in Iraq if a solution could be found to make data access possible for them. Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your kind response and guidance. Best regards, Muntadher Ebrahim |

We appreciate your kind words regarding our software. And we really wish there was something we could do. But unfortunately, the regulations on how to get access to the data is set by the CME Group. We are only enforcing the rules that they have set in place, as otherwise we could be fined for not meeting them. Therefore, the only option would be to pay for the Professional data. The "CME E-Mini for Professionals and Users Without a Trading Account" is the best choice in this case, as it gives data for the ES, MES, NQ, and MNQ, among other popular CME symbols, just not the entire range of CME exchange trading products. The cost is $78.00 per month, and although we know this is twice the cost of the Full CME Group with Market Depth, it is the lowest cost option for these symbols. We hope that you can find a way to utilize this data. The following is the full list of symbols that make up the CME E-Mini: ES EMD NQ RTY J7 E7 M6A M6B M6C M6E M6J M6S ENY RS1 FTU FT1 MES MNQ M2K For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
