I just watched a video by Orderflow Labs where they created a main window button that draws Delta profile (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7skH9kM-lsE). Will it be possible to create a hotkey instead of the button?

The "Draw Volume Profile" has a keyboard shortcut option for it. It is under the keyboard shortcuts in "Tools >> Draw Volume Profile". That is done by setting a proper Configuration for the Drawn Volume Profile.
