I have a live Interactive Brokers Account and have logged into this TWS and then connect my data feed to Interactive Brokers in the Sierra chart. The charts display correctly with no delayed data, but when i disconnect and select the SC Data feed and connect the charts are coming back delayed. I have done this many times and followed the below topic in Sierra help - Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees |

At the time you posted this, you were not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you have activated an exchange since then, so you should be fine now.
