Cant connect Sierra chart with Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation data feed

Today in the morning I was connected with IB data feed everything was charting normally. I clicked on something on ths window occupied by charts which resulted in losing the data feed and the Trader workstation was gone (deleted. I logged into the IB workstation again once again it was deleted before it could connect with Sierra (at the automatic I tried a different way----first I downloaded the trader workstation successfully then I downloaded Sierra as soon as the connection stage Also even stranger the intraday charts I had on the window and its duplicates stored in CW disappeared Daily charts of the same entity were not affected I appreciate your help Paul |

What do you mean by the "Trader workstation was gone"? If you are having a problem with Trader Workstation, then you need to ask Interactive Brokers about this, as we have no idea. If you are having an issue in Sierra Chart, then we are not understanding the particulars surrounding it. Please give us additional information on exactly what is occurring and when.
