This is NOT a problem just want to inform you and assure my side
Very often my Message Log showing:

"DTC Protocol Server Rejecting connection from 194.165.16.164. IP not allowed"

Found "full" understanding on internet:

"The IP address 194.165.16.164 belongs to a hosting provider called Flyservers S.A., which operates out of Europe (registered in Panama). It’s part of the IP block 194.165.16.0 – 194.165.17.255, and is associated with ASN 48721"

Question:

Do I have to do anything to protect SC and myself ?!
Thank you

You should first of all be making sure that your computer is behind a router when connecting to the Internet. Make sure all port forwarding is disabled on the router.

And you should enable the operating system firewall.

This is all very routine and basic.

With the above, these connections will not even reach Sierra Chart.

If you are still seeing messages like that, there is a further problem that you have to look into, that neither your firewall, or modem/router is protecting against. Something is not configured right.

The "CrashReporter" is our software and you should see it. It is there to help us determine what occurs when a system crashes unexepectedly.
