HI Support: I was cleaning up old Analysis from my chartbook. Now when I re-open Sierra chart, the spreadsheet system for trading I was using is there, but it has lost all the formatting settings (like number formats, background colours) and lost the top line of data in row 1, and lost the variables I had set in the user defined cells J119 - J125. Plus when I try to change a formula in row 2, it does not copy that change all down the column as it did before. Can I restore this? When I tried restoring the chartbook from the previous day, it did not work and still has lost all the formatting settings for the spreadsheet system. |

We can not say what may have occurred, as there is a fair amount of complexity to how the Spreadsheet Studies can be setup. The best option is to recover the actual spreadsheet file from your backups and see if that will resolve the issue for you. The backups are in a folder named "Backups" in your main Sierra Chart installation folder. Find the Spreadsheet you want to recover (they have a file extension of .scss) and copy and paste it into your "Data" folder (also under your main Sierra Chart installation folder). You will then need to change the name, as the backups are tagged with the day of the month at the front.
