Hello, as you can see my footprint data is not loading, it clearly doesn't match the price from the chart or the market profile chart. Can you please assist thanks. |

Why do you state that they are not matching? What in particular are you looking at?

There is no footprint data at current price, not sure if you can see my screenshots or not. I have just attached another screenshot showing the last footprint data i have which is at a much higher price than where we are currently sitting. I have also opened other footprint charts to see if this is the same elsewhere and it is. |

Yes, they have delayed data, but the price and the data should still match up. From what we see, they are matching up. For instance, in the latest image you provided, the Close that is displayed in the Chart Header is 6939.00. Looking at the chart, there is data at that price, so everything is matching up. The only thing we see that is a bit odd is that there is no highlighted price in the charts with the Numbers Bars, but that may have been a conscious decision on your part, we do not know. The same is true for all the other images, looking at the Close price at the top and comparing it to the data, everything is correct. All of the images were taken at different times as well, so there is no correlation between the prices between the images.
