SC, My Trade Service Log is showing very minimal information. It seems to only show a trade error, and that I've opened, or accessed my TAL. I can see all of my orders and fills on my TAL, but virtually nothing on the TSL. I can't quantify it, but this seemed to begin with the use of a sub-instance. I've checked both the Sub-Instance TSL and the main instance, the data is the same. I found previous reports and have checked the Global Settings > Message Catagories and all are set to yes (in both the Sub and the Main). Suggestions? |

If everything is working properly, then the Trade Service Log should not have much information in it. It sounds like there really is not a problem. But, the one thing you might want to check is the settings for "Global Settings >> Message Categories". These control what messages are put in the Message Log and Trade Service Log. You may have some items set to "No" that you might want for the Trade Service Log. Refer to the following: Message Categories For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
