Hello, My trade window for chart P&L reverts back to Points when set to currency. Also, points value on MES chart is 4x the actual value. 1 point P&L on chart is showing 4 points on position line.

I open the Sierra Chart app. Under trade tab I click Open Trade Window for Chart. P&L window shows Points instead of Currency. Chart settings-Trading- Profit/Loss format is set to Currency Value. Do I need to change this on every chart? I don't see a global option. When opening a trade, point value on trade window shows points but it does not match the charts. Every 1 point move shows 4 points in the trade window. Is there a multiplier I am missing in settings? This is currently a Sim but I want to correct these issues for when I trade live. I went through the documentation you provided but I haven't found a solution. Please advise. Thanks!

When you have this occur, please get us an image showing the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trade" tab along with the Trade Window for that chart. We need to see the position line on the chart and the Price Ladder along with the Trade Window so that we can compare the information. So after doing the math. I found that the point value is showing in Ticks and not Points. Even though is has a "P" suffix after the value. A prior trade in the trader log activity shows $235.00 and 47.00. This is the number of ticks for the trade. Not sure why it is showing in ticks. How do I change this to Points?

Please see the attached image. On the trade window, D:217.50C is correct. 43.50P is in ticks. All settings in Chart Settings are correct for this MES symbol. I would like to know how to show the correct point value for the profit instead of the tick value being shown. It also has a "P" suffix for some reason. I have read the documentation you provided. The "Profit/Loss Format" is set to "Currency Value (C) & Points (P)", therefore that is what you are seeing in your Trade Window. Set the "Profit/Loss Format" as you desire.
