I have a direct Sierra Chart Account and am trying to use two computers at once with it. Each machine works on its own, but when both are logged on, only the first one logged is getting data. Please help!

Thank you, if you could activate the second data feed subscription for me I'd appreciate and authorize it. I'd really like to get my full setup operational!

Would this be more quickly resolved over the phone? I'd be willing to pay for phone support if you could resolve this issue more quickly that way.

We apologize for the delay. We need to follow up with Barchart about this. It will not help to talk over the phone because it is something that we do not directly control.

For the time being, in one of your instances of Sierra Chart disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

We have been informed that your 2nd connection has been manually activated.

You will need to restart Sierra Chart, and make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.
