Hello Sierra Chart Support, I would like to access historical 1-minute CFD data for US30, US100, and XAUUSD going back at least 5 years. Currently, only the CFD-FXCM (Realtime) symbols are available, and they only contain about 10 months of intraday history. Even if I increase the "Days to Load", older data is not retrieved. According to your documentation, the Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Forex/CFD Data Service provides intraday history back to 2007 for many symbols. However, it seems that this service is not active or not enabled on my account. Could you please enable the historical Forex/CFD data service on my account so that I can load multiple years of 1-minute data for US30, US100, and XAUUSD? Thank you. v |

There are multiple years of this data available. From the image you posted, the "Date Range in File To" is showing as "2021-01-26". This field is not changeable by you, therefore it implies that you did not wait long enough for the data to download into your chart. Please try again, and you may have to wait awhile to get all the data going back to 2019 (possibly 10-60 minutes depending on your Internet connection speed).
