Hello Support, I am running a dual-service configuration: Data Service: Denali Trading Service: CQG WebAPI (for order routing) I have a custom ACSIL study that generates and subscribes to CME option symbols using the Denali format (e.g., E4DV25 C6820.FUT_OPT.CME). The study uses sc.GetBasicSymbolData(symbol, ..., 1) to get market data. The Problem is that when the study subscribes to a symbol, the Message Log shows that Sierra Chart tries to resolve the symbol via both services. Denali succeeds, but the CQG WebAPI service fails, which fills my log with errors. How can I configure Sierra Chart to route all symbol requests matching the pattern *.FUT_OPT.CME only to the Denali data service and completely prevent it from sending these requests to the CQG WebAPI service? Thank you. |

Sierra Chart is only trying to get the security definition data from the external trading service for the symbol. There is not a way to prevent this.
