Is there direct functionality / ACSIL study / ACSIL code that can colour part of a bar with red/green that are below/above 0 value?

There is not a way to color part of a bar between certain price levels. There are options for coloring specific parts of a bar, such as the Open or Close dashes in an OHLC bar.
