[ACSIL] - Locking trading at symbol level

Hi there, Currently ACSIL has a lock trading function at Sierra Instance level. I am looking to lock trading at a symbol level granularity. Would it be possible for you folks to add a new function that takes the symbol of the chart and lock only that symbol for trading until it gets unlocked.
