Is it possible to receive data feed from an alternate source? FXCM does this regularly on TradingView.com... it always happens at a critical time (of course)... then sometime later when all the shooting's over, the data "magically returns" (sometimes)...

If FXCM was responsible for trades when these shenanigans occur, it would NEVER EVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Period.
