To have a Volume Profile with both the Total Volume and the Ask/Bid Difference, start with a standard Volume Profile (Volume Bar Calculation Method is set to "Total Volume", then set the Input for "Bid Volume Ask Volume Coloring Method" to "Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Coloring" (or one of the other delta options).
