A lot of the buttons on my Sierra tool bar have become "greyed out" and are unusable.
What has happened and how do I fix it? (I have restarted Sierra but problem still exists)

We have other reports of this, so we will have to determine what the problem is.

I have had the same issue. It originated earlier today when I tried to choose 'Edit Global Symbol Settings' within the 'Chart Settings' dialog box. Occurred on v.1199 so I upgraded to v.1201 but the issue remained. When choosing this button to edit the symbol, the software became unresponsive. This software freeze also occurs when choosing 'Symbol Settings' under the 'Global Settings' header menu.

Upon logging into v.1201 received the message that AMP/TTnet user (which I am) will be locked out of all versions prior to v.1202. So I have upgraded to the pre-release (1202) but the toolbar issue exists not to mention I cannot connect to the data feed. Software is haywire (not sure if related to Windows issue mentioned at top of support board??)

Help?

Looks like I'm connected now with v.1202.

Re: the toolbar issue mentioned earlier. It seems if I add or remove an option under 'Customize Toolbars', then disable & re-enable the toolbar for viewing, the full toolbar functionality returns (no greyed out buttons).

In regards to the freezing problem with Symbol Settings we recommend exiting from Sierra Chart and deleting the GlobalSymbolSettings.XML file in the Sierra Chart folder.

This is an unusual issue that we have not heard of.
