Missing Positive Stacking Values on DOM (Teton + Denali Feed)

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I’m using Teton CME Routing with the Denali Data Feed (through AMP Futures) and I have a question about the DOM Pulling/Stacking columns. The issue is that the DOM only shows negative (red) Pulling values, but no positive (green) Stacking values at all. I have already enabled Record Market Depth Data = Yes in Symbol Settings (GC?##_FUT_CME), and I also confirmed: “Add Trade Volume To Pulling/Stacking Value For Price” = No “Limit Maximum Pulling/Stacking Value To Current Depth Quantity” = No Number of Market Depth Levels to Record = 40 Despite all this, the stacking side remains gray (no positive values). Could you please enable full incremental market depth updates (both pull and stack changes) for my Teton connection? My goal is to see both Pulling (−) and Stacking (+) changes live in the DOM (Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking and Combined columns). Thank you for your help. Best regards, Ertan YILMAZ |

In the screenshot I attached, I’m referring to the “C B/A D” column, which is the Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking column. I can clearly see the pulling orders (they appear as negative and in red), but I cannot see the stacking orders in this column. Could you please let me know if there is a setting or display option I need to enable in order to show the stacking orders as well? |

The stacking values are the positive numbers in grey. We can see these just fine in your image. If you are not able to see these, then you will need to choose a different color for the stacking value display. Thank you for your previous reply. For stacking orders, I expected to see a visual marker similar to the one used for pulling orders — for example, a plus sign (+) with a green color. This would make it much easier to visually distinguish stacking activity, just like we can already do for pulling orders. I guess there is currently no way to display this in Sierra Chart, but I believe adding such a visual indicator for stacking orders would be a very useful improvement to the Combined Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking column. Thank you again for your help and for continuously improving Sierra Chart. |

There is no + sign, that is correct. You can change the color to whatever you want it to be, so if you want it to be Green, then that is up to you.
