Unable to rollover contract

Hi, seems to be another glitch here with the platform, i am simply unable to trade the current crude CLX25 contract, it asks me to rollover, it suggests the exact same one, i click rollover and it just repeats, i have confirmed we have not yelled rolled to Z contract, what could be the issue here? picture attached. thanks. |

yes it is already more volume on the Dec-contract: CLZ25

When you click the option to rollover you will get a popup window that will give you the options to rollover. The actual contract to rollover to is listed on the right, and if it is the same as the existing contract, then you can select the next one in the list.
