Hello, I attached an image of my bill. I was billed on 9/25 and 10/3 for $39 for the full CME market depth non professional data. Not sure why that was. Can you please let me know? Thanks!

Hi,

The CME applies its data fees at the beginning of each calendar month.
Therefore, if you started paying for the CME data feed on the 25th, that payment covered the remaining days of the current month until the 30th. A new charge is then applied at the start of the following month for that month’s access.

The Sierra Chart team has nothing to do with this, and unfortunately, there’s nothing more they can do — apart from advising you to pay attention to the date when you start your data feed subscription.

Have a great day.
