If you are trying to install on a Non-Windows system (i.e. iOS or Linux) then Sierra Chart is not setup to work natively on that system, and you can not install it directly. You would need to run Windows emulator software in order to use Sierra Chart. Otherwise, if you are installing on a Windows system, then please try to install the software again, and when it fails select the button for "Send Log to Support" in the upper right corner of the installation window. Then post back in this thread and let us know that you sent your log to us and we will take a look and see what it states.
