Hello, One of my charts data stopped on 10/10 even though it's connected to brokerage. It is showing the cut-off at 10/10 in the data limiting settings but it's not letting me change it. How can I change the data limiting from the current 10/10 cutoff? |

You can not change the "Date Range in File To" entry. This will automatically update as new data is loaded for that file. From what we see, you have your "Current Selected Service" set to "Teton CME Routing", but the symbol in the chart is NQZ25-CME. This is not the correct symbol for Teton CME Routing, which is why you are not getting the current data. With the chartbook open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service", which will update the symbols to what is needed for this service.
