FXCM Data feed doesn't work

Hi, it is about 20min since the free data feed for forex don't work anymore. Can you please examine what is the issue. It just started to work again while I write this. Please reply. Best regards |

Earlier today there was an outage with the FXCM data feed. This was an FXCM issue. The data feed was restored by FXCM earlier today. We have restored the missing historical Intraday data for the major Forex pairs. This also includes gold and silver. Refer to the instructions in help topic 7.1 here to re-download the missing data: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails7.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart For the other CFD markets, we could not patch the data because we do not have another source for the data.
