"Use As Trade Only Symbol" with BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC suffix

Hi. I am using SierraChart version 2802. I have subscribed the EUREX EOBI data with Denali. I have "Trade Simulation Mode On". I have configured a chart with Symbol F.US.DDZ25-BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC: this is the DAX Future, those suffixes are here to show a detailed Market Depth Historical Graph. On the same chart: I have "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" to F.US.FDXSZ25 (this is the micro DAX). I have "Use As Trade Only Symbol" to Yes as I want to trade micro DAX but want to see the quote (DOM) for the full DAX I have "Currency Value Per Tick" to 1 as this is the micro DAX size. From this chart ("Chart Trade Mode On"), I can enter market orders and they are executed. However, Limit and Stop orders do not seem to be executed. If I change "Use As Trade Only Symbol" to No, Limit and Stop orders are executed, but I am not satisfied as I want to see the Full DAX quotes. If I change the chart symbol to F.US.DDZ25, Limit and Stop orders are executed, but I am not satisfied as my Market Depth Historical Graph will not be detailed enough. Is this a limitation of the tool or did I miss a configuration parameter? |

What you are doing should be fine. The one thing to keep in mind is that the prices that you see on the DAX chart are not going to match exactly, but they should be cloe. Is this in Simulation or Live trading? When you have this occur, open your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see what it states in terms of there being an issue. You can post the log to this thread for us to take a look at it if you like. Hi. I am doing it on Simulation. (On Live trading, this works as expected but I would rather do Simulation before going live). See on the first screenshot (Capture d'écran 2025-10-15 095439.png): - On the top right, this is the F.US.DDZ25-BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC chart with Trade symbol set up as F.US.FDXSZ25 - On the bottom right, this is F.US.FDXSZ25 to see the order applies correctly - On the bottom left, this is Trade Order Window, middle left, this is the Trade Service Log and top left the Message Log. You can see that at 9:54:30, I entered a Buy limit below current price and a Sell limit above, from the F.US.DDZ25-BID_ASK_TRADE_SYNC chart. These orders are displayed on the F.US.FDXSZ25 chart, and in the Trade Order Window. But the Trade Service Log does not show anything at that time. Then see on the second screenshot (Capture d'écran 2025-10-15 095507.png) that F.US.FDXSZ25 moved above my Sell limit order, but this one is still open… |

What order type(s) are you entering? How are you entering the orders?

These are Limit orders I enter by clicking on the Chart DOM columns "Bid Size/Buy Column" and "Ask Size/Sell Column"
