I noticed the post about the recent bug not allowing users to sign on to the web panel. I am still unable to log in despite reloading browsers and trying different browsers. I've tried both delayed and realtime data. Message reads WS 0 [Trading] Logon failed to Teton AMP: NOt authorized

That is a different unrelated error. Make sure you are logging in with the correct username and password. This issue must be related to your username and password. I had the username and password saved in the browser so that couldn't have been the problem. As soon as the US equity markets opened at 9:30am EST the web panel was able to log in again. Nothing else changed so I'm not sure what the problem was.

I’m having this same issue after opening a Teton-AMP sub account last week.

Well I went to screenshot the error for you and it connected. There was a different issue before today I can’t recall but today it said something like “trade account not authorized”. It’s working now though.
