Hello, For MSFT for example, in us equities consolidated tape, search by symbol, I get no window popup with search results. In top right, i see, [requested additional symbols] Search works for other feeds, but not in cons. tape Thank You |

This is odd. We have attached a file to show that we are getting the window, so there isn't any specific issue that we know of occurring with this. Our best guess is that the window that is coming up may be off the edge of the monitor, so you are not able to view it. Please select "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again and see if that resolves it.
