Feature request - Large Volume Trade Indicator - hollow circles

Hi, I am using the large volume trade indicator. It is currently only allowing to choose the shape to be a square or a circle. I would like to ask you to add an option for hollow circles, or possibly partially transparent circles with solid outline, with configurable alpha, but hollow circles should be enough. Draw mode is: "Based on Total Bid or Ask Volume Above Threshold". Currently, if there is a very large trade after smaller trades in the same price level (that is above the volume threshold), the larger trade will cover the previous trades (since it's opaque) and the previous trades' presence is hidden and lost to analysis. If the circles were just a hollow outline, this would be prevented in the vast majority of cases. This assumes that multiple trades in the same price level will all be drawn and not overwrite each other. If they overwrite each other, I would like to ask, additionally, for for an option for them to not overwrite each other. That would be very helpful. I tried to go the GDI ACSIL route using information from an accompanying 1-trade chart, but redrawing turned out to be much less performant than the available version, even with solid circles. The "Large Volume Trade Indicator" does not display information for each trade that exists above the threshold at a price level. The display at each price level is the sum of the trades that meet the criteria for that price level. So the concept of Hollow Circles is moot. OK. Thanks for your reply. Is it possible, though, to add a "hollow circle" or "circle outline" option for the marker type? Thanks. |
