New User Free Trial Question

Hi All, Im a new user getting set to download the software and try out the free trial. I'm switching from Quantower due to issues with QTs latency and such and Sierras known robust functionaility. Anyways quick question. the 21 day trial would be right in the middle of Fall Break so I'll be with my kids and unable to use the software for a full week. I can, of course, just wait till after the break to start my trial, and am willing to do that, but in the interest of not wasting time I would prefer to start today learning the software and then get a full 21 days to use it. Would it be possible to extend my trial to 28 days to account for the break? If not, TOTALLY understandable, and I'll just wait till after. Im posting this question as a follow up from this in your support documentation: We do recognize, that users may not have been able to use the free trial time for various circumstances, and we are accommodative of that condition, and we will give you a new trial under those conditions when we are made aware of them. When your trial ends and you have not had the full 21 days, then post in the Account Support Tickets requesting the missing days be added to your account. We will take care of it from there.
