Subject: Chart Not Updating in Real Time Despite Data Feed Connection

Hello Sierra Support Team, I’m experiencing a persistent issue where the price updates in the chart header (real-time quote), but the candles on the chart do not move or update — they remain frozen in an earlier part of the session. I’ve already tried all the following steps with no success: Verified that I’m connected to the data feed (File → Connect to Data Feed). Checked Session Times in Chart Settings — they are correct for ES (CME hours). Confirmed that Chart Replay / Chart Frozen modes are not active. Set Chart Update Interval to 250 ms under Global Settings. Deleted and re-downloaded all chart data (Edit → Delete All Data And Download). Restarted Sierra Chart completely. Despite all this, the chart remains stuck — price moves in the quote header, but no new bars print. Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue? I’m attaching a screenshot showing the situation (price moving, chart not updating).
