I imported a chartbook from TicinoTrader website. I went to: file - open chartbook - selected the chartbook. But after that when i go to: file - Find symbol - ESZ26_FUT_CME and click duplicate active chart, which is how i was told to do it. I get a wonky looking chart and a message log that I cant click out of or minimize unless I close the chart book. I would really appreciate some assistance. Thanks. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1759939902782.png |

The attached image is blank, so we do not know what is occurring. And we do not know why you would not be able to close the Message Log, that is quite odd. But in the end, we no nothing about the chartbook that you have received. You will get more information from Ticino Trader on how to resolve this, as they will have better information than we have. Perhaps you should try to use the correct symbol: ESZ25 (and not ESZ26)
