How do I show a stock name on window title bar?under chart settings there is display. There are A and C under title bar but they do nothing.

Which "Title Bar" are you referring to? The system Title Bar (the one you grab to move a window) will show the stock name. It is possible, however, depending on the font size and screen size, that it might not be visible in your particular title bar. If you are looking for something else, then we need more information on where you want to view this. We do not understand what you are referring to in terms of "A" and "C" under title bar. The title bar I grab to move a window. I see see stock symbol but not name.

That could be if using a Trade and Current Quote Symbol. Maybe there is some other text replacing it from the connected service. In this case Interactive Brokers. Right now sc is connected only to sc feed. I can not get stock name on title bar for any stock.
