Increasing the number of allowed systems

Hello I am getting a message while logging in that I am exceeding the number of allowed systems. I tried to shut them down on others but still having the same issue. Also I would like to request if I can increase the number of allowed systems as the message suggests. Only reason being I can use systems at home and work. I would really appreciate your help on this. Thank you |

In your case you are allowed up to 3 systems. Since you are on service package 12. There is not a way to increase this for the same Sierra Chart account. You need to create another Sierra Chart account.
