Question Regarding System Optimizer and Service Package

Hello Sierra Chart Support, My account name is padolphusd. I am trying to use the AutoTrade System Optimizer for backtesting a custom study, but I cannot find this feature anywhere in my Sierra Chart installation (version 2700). I recently upgraded my package to package 5 plus advanced features, hoping to enable this feature. I have restarted the software multiple times, tried restoring the standard trade menus, and even attempted to add the command manually via "Customize Control Bars," but the optimizer command is simply not listed. When I check my Message Log, it shows the following line: "Enabled for: Advanced Features 2." It appears this "Advanced Features 2" package does not include the System Optimizer that I require. Could you please tell me definitively: Which specific Service Package (e.g., Package 5, Package 11) do I need to purchase to get full access to the AutoTrade System Optimizer? How can I change my current "Advanced Features 2" package to the correct one? I would appreciate your help in getting this resolved so I can use the optimization tools. Sierra Chart does not have a "AutoTrade System Optimizer". Did you see something somewhere that stated that it did? We wonder if you were looking at a third party tool that might be available for this.
