Real time results differ from historical.

Can this be done?

Sorry, badly worded alright!

I'm looking to map the results from the real time alerts log from Alerts Manager to a chart. (i.e. leave it run for 24 hours and use that data)

It is to allow me to compare them to the results which I can observe using historical data.

Not sure what you mean by "map the results".

The Alerts Log does contain all of the alerts which have occurred.

The same way that a spreadsheet study can be added under the chart to chart region 2 and the spreadsheet data can be viewed in a very clear format

I want to do the same using the data from the real time alerts log and add it to chart region 3 and compare them.

I will give a visual representation of real time vs historical results (assuming you have ran SC in realtime and acquired some alerts)

This is not supported.

We recommend using the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study.
