Real-time data stopped today with CQG WebAPI

Hello, Since today I no longer receive real-time data on Sierra Chart. For the past two weeks everything was working fine with real-time data through CQG WebAPI, but now it suddenly stopped. I am not using Denali, only CQG WebAPI for both trading and data. Could you please check why the real-time feed is no longer workin |

You were using our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You had activated the exchange on September 21, 2025 at 16:23:53 UTC. Since this was your first time activating an exchange for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange, you were not charged for it, as it was a Free Trial for the remaining time in September. Then you deactivated the exchange on September 22, 2025 at 19:24:56 UTC. You continued to get the data as you had already activated the exchange. But since it was deactivated, it did not automatically renew on October 1, 2025. Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX. So you do need to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
