Hi. Since this morning I've been having trouble viewing all the graphs. First, make sure you have space on your drive. It is very unusual for there to be an issue reading the .scid files, which are the intraday data files. Then, go to that chart (Chart #4) and select "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download". This will force the system to redownload the data for that file. It should fix the issue, but let us know if you continue to have a problem.
