Hello Trying to get the "Color bar based on alert condition" from Chart #4 (shown as Down Red Arrows) to Chart #1 using (what I think is the right study for) "study/chart overlay". The "Color bar based on alert condition" (ID59 in chart #4) is set to trigger intra-bar when the condition is met (so it might disappear and reappear as long as conditions are there by the end of the 30 min bar and trigger multiple times). I would like to see that red arrow from chart #4 as it appears on the corresponding 1 minute bar in chart #1. The puzzle to be solved with the right combination of multiple inputs in the settings of the study/chart overlay (shown in the screenshot) is to complex to understand, and reading though your confusing descriptions of this indicator didnt help either. As seen in the screen shot not only I dont get the red arrow on chart #1 on top of the correct 1 min bar, but I also have multiple red arrows all over making ZERO sense. Please provide the right inputs for EVERY thing in the settings of the study/chart overlay in chart #1 so that Ill see ONLY the CORRECT arrow on the top of the CORRECT 1 min bar at which the last time the conditions wer met on chart #4 (as the time stamp shows the last trigger from chart #4). The time stamp is shown on the top left of the screenshot and the corresponding bar in chart #1 is market with a cyan rectangle. All other red arrows should not be there. You are trying to overlay information from a 30 minute chart to a 1 minute chart. As such, when the condition is true on the 30 minute bar, then that information is going to be propagated to all 30 of the 1 minute bars that make up that time. So seeing marker on top of all those bars makes sense, and is correct for how that study functions. The only way around this would be to use a Spreadsheet Study that then only displays the result in one particular bar (the most recent bar most likely, but it is really up to you as to how you setup the spreadsheet).
