Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Not Visible

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" option. When I click on it, nothing happens. This is problematic because I have additional accounts linked to this account, and I would like to remove them.

As a side note: at the moment, I do not have any live accounts linked, since I currently don’t own one and I am only trading in simulation mode.

Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

Select "Window >> Reset Windows". Then try to open the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" again. Let us know if this does not work.

We want you to restart Sierra Chart. Do not do anything or open any Chartbooks and then select Window >> Reset Settings Windows.


Try opening the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts window again.
