I have just seen that this problem there is only when i set "continuos futures contract - volume based rollover back adjusted". If i set " date rule rollover back adjusted" the data are all ok. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-13 23:57:32

You need to fully re-download the data for all contracts in the chart and this is why we asked for the procedure that you followed. It is likely that you have missed a step. Otherwise there is no explanation for this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I have followed the 5 steps, under "Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data". But if i use "continuos futures contract - volume based rollover back adjusted" i don't have some data, whereas if i use " date rule rollover back adjusted" i have all data. |

Do this: Select File >> Open Historical Chart. Select all of the ZS* files and delete them. Go to the Intraday chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. See if this resolves the issue. Exit from Sierra Chart and go to the Sierra Chart Data Files Folder through your File Manager and delete all of ZS*.scid files. After that start Sierra Chart. I did it, but it doesn't resolve the issue. When i use "continuos futures contract - volume based rollover back adjusted" i always have some gaps of data at the rollover dates. Whit " date rule rollover back adjusted" the chart is ok.
