Hello, I saved a chart book file in the data folder, however when I launched/opened the saved chart book it shows nothing. |

If the chartbook is actually opening and the charts are just blank, then the most probable issue is that you saved those charts with different symbols than what you are currently using. With the chartbook open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should resolve the issue. If the chartbook is not actually opening, and you are getting an error in the Message Log about the chart not being compatible, then that means there is a problem with the chartbook. In this case, it could be either of the following: 1) If this is an older chartbook (you have not used it in a few years), then refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Opening Older Chartbooks 2) If this is a recently used Chartbook, then it is corrupted for some reason. You will need to recover the Chartbook from the backups that we make for them. Refer to the following: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
