The instructions for cancelling are here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Canceling But there is nothing you need to do, as everything will be taken care of automatically. You currently have 25 days of Usage Time remaining, but we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Since you also have a Services Surplus balance of $0.00, then after October 16, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state.
