Until yesterday I was trading with One Up trader and I was using Rhytmic data. Today after opening I wanted to trade but I can't place orders. I contacted both One Up trader support and rhytmic support and was told that there was an error on the Syerra Chart side. What is the error? Why can't I place orders?

After you try to place a trade and it does not work, then get us your Trade Service Log by following these instructions:
