why am I not getting data for spx?

Hi John,
Am I retarded, yes, I know most likely yes, but what is going with this chart? The correct price is showing, but no data from today is showing. I have all the settings ok and have paid for the data... help

We can not see the time scale for chart #14, which is the one for which you show the Session Times. So we can not say what might be going on. We need to be able to see the time scale to know where the bars are located.

We do notice that the Session Times for chart #14 are set from 08:30:00 to 15:59:59 with no evening session. The chart in the bottom left shows data for today up until 16:00:00, so if that chart has the same Session Times, then that would be why it is no longer showing any additional data. It must have a different time zone from the other chart.

SPX and therefore SPX_CGI is only priced during RTH, probably why you see the gap.

The big SPX contract stopped trading in 2021. SPX options are traded in it's place, nearly same hrs as ES futures, but SPX index price doesn't update after hours.

no it isn't updating during the current RTH. I can see the current price absolutely updating on the right hand price scale. Perfect, but it is not printing a chart out...
