Caching Old DLL Issue

Hi - I'm building a custom study and lately I've ran into issues where even after removing the old study -> compiling it -> add custom study -> adding the updated study -> my changes will not go through. I've historically used this process without issue, but now my changes aren't going through. I'm certain because to test it nowhere in my updated code does it say to perform a particular function yet (after removing it entirely), it's doing that. I've also created an entirely new .cpp file and the changes finally went through. I am hoping this could be fixed so I do not need to create a new .cpp file anytime I make a change to files, (I don't see an option to easily delete the DLL file from SC unless I close it).
