Hello SP500 doesn't load historical data, it's always on the 2024 period. It only works if I go to trade service settings and switch to any data and then back to SC data. The problem only occurs on SP500, rollover is enabled. |

Keep your service set to "SC Data". Do not change this. You have the wrong symbols for your charts for "SC Data". With the service set to "SC Data" and your chartbooks open, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This should resolve your issue. We want to point out that you are not setup to get any real-time data from us. So you are getting the Delayed Streaming Data. If this is what you want, then that is fine, we just want to ensure that you are setup as you need to be. Additionally, if you are going to just be using the delayed streaming data, then we would recommend changing to one of the "Base" packages, as you could save $10 to $20 per month in this case.
