NQ not loading new data

I'm using Sierra Teton - I'm new to Sierra and everything has been running smoothly for the last 2 weeks or so. Today I loaded everything up and the historical data is loading but new price action isn't coming in. Data feed is connected and green. Tried restarting a few times but no dice. any help would be appreciated.

I tried the web panel to see if I could get a realtime data connection there:
Market Data
Disconnected
Connection limit exceeded. , MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

I've never had this issue before as my Mac at home usually goes into sleep mode and does not disrupt the connection when I attempt to log in at work. I'm assuming this is the issue.

You have Sierra Chart running on two different computers, or two instances running on two different subsystems of the same computer.

Make sure you only have one instance of Sierra Chart running.
