Hello Sierra Chart Support, My account (username: Hafido123) has Service Package 10 active. I need to connect my Earn2Trade Rithmic evaluation account to Sierra Chart. In the Data/Trade Service Settings, I only see "Rithmic Direct - DTC" but not "Rithmic DTC - Bridge". Could you please enable "Rithmic DTC - Bridge" for my account? Thank you. |

That "Bridge" option hasn't been in use in several years. You need to use the "Rithmic Direct - DTC" to connect with Rithmic.
