"MD5 for file does not match." When run Sierra Chart installer

When I run Sierra Chart installer, the infomation box showed up messages as follow: "MD5 for file does not match. File: SierraChart_ARM64.exe. Recieved file size: 5457464" "MD5 for file does not match. File: SierraChar_64.exe. Recieved file size: 8888224" "Download for failed files will be retried in 5000 milliseconds" |

When you run the installer there is an option on it for whether you are installing the "Current Version" or "Prerelease Version". Please let us know which of these you are trying to install. Just to add: I had the exact same problem yesterday with the same files. I repeated the installation process a couple of times by clicking "Install" again, and on the third attempt, I got a successful download. I'm using linux/wine if that matters. |
