DOM Refresh Issue

The DOM often retains characters as shown in the attached image. The problem often develops after several minutes. Closing and reopening the DOM does not remove the characters. Only re-starting SC clears it.

We do not see an image but we think we know what you are talking about. You are using Interactive Brokers.
Update Sierra Chart to the latest release with Help >> Download Prerelease.
After the update make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Clear Out Of Order Market Depth Data is set to True.
