Hi,

Under normal circumstances, I can save a copy of a chart to my PC by selecting

Edit ---> Screen Images ---> Save Chart to File

However, if I am replaying all the charts in a Chartbook, this command no longer works. I just get an empty file with name like "Replay 1.0X".

The following has appeared in the Message Log:

The chart image has been saved to: D:\Saved Chart\Replay 1.0X: ES-201412-GLOBEX [M] 1 Min #5 2014-10-10 07_10_56.271.png | 2014-10-10 07:10:56 *

Please check on it.

Thanks.

PS: I am running Sierra Chart version 1187.

We see why this happens and it will be corrected in the next release. The problem is the file name contains a ":".

Hi,

What are the differences between version 1201 and 1202 ? Which version should I install to solve the "Save Chart to File" issue ?

Thanks.

We cannot answer the first question. It is too time-consuming and complex to answer. We do a lot of development, most of it which is minor .

Use the latest prerelease to solve the issue.
